Where do I send my W-4?
To your employer. Don’t mail it to the IRS. Your employer keeps it and uses it to set up payroll withholding.
When should I fill out a new W-4?
When you start a new job, and whenever your situation changes: marriage or divorce, a new child, a second job, or if you owed a lot or got a large refund last year.
